A warm, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished therapy room available for regular weekly hire in Cathcart, just four minutes’ walk from Cathcart train station and regular bus routes on Clarkston Road.
I’m a practising counsellor and have created this space for my own client work. I’m now looking to share it with fellow practitioners who would appreciate a welcoming environment for their practice.
The room combines traditional architectural features and high ceilings with soft lighting and comfortable seating, creating a calm, relaxed atmosphere without feeling clinical. The space includes:
Two comfortable chairs for face-to-face sessions Desk and office chair with broadband for online sessions or administration Bookshelves and some storage space Small sink Infrared heating Natural light and privacy curtains Private ground-floor entrance directly from the street
Current availability:
Monday: 8am–9.30pm
Tuesday: 3pm–9.30pm
Wednesday: 6pm–9.30pm
Thursday: 8am–3.45pm
Friday: 5pm–9.30pm
Saturday: 8am–9.30pm
Sunday: 8am–9.30pm
Room hire: £12 per hour, minimum booking of one continuous 3-hour block per week, providing a consistent space for your practice.
Monthly rolling agreement with one month’s notice. Some flexibility around timings, with additional ad hoc hours available to regular renters, subject to availability.
Suitable for counsellors, psychotherapists, supervisors, coaches and other talking therapy practitioners. Practitioners from other disciplines are also welcome to enquire if the space could suit their work.
