Seen & Heard – Boarding School Pupils Support

Seen & Heard are a UK CIC/Not for profit that supports the wellbeing of past and present pupils of boarding and independent day schools, and their families. Offering adult ex-pupils and their families free online sharing groups, a specialist therapist, counselling and coaching directory, grant-assisted therapy, retreats and workshops, and a myriad of self-help and learning resources. They work with schools to advocate for the improvement of pupil wellbeing, welfare and improvements to learning in emotional intelligence, resilience and compassionate leadership. In addition lobbying University counselling services to better understand and recognise their stakeholder group’s needs, and their work to campaign for improvements in child sexual abuse legislation alongside the Survivors Trust and NSPCC, with a focus on Mandatory Reporting, has been supportive to the progress towards the implementation of IICSA recommendations being set out in 2025.
